Marathon Meal and Training Plan
Morning weight = 170
- 8:11am (Meal 1a) – Portos Apple turnover. Day old from yesterday, but nothing a quick 25 second microwave hit can’t cure.
- 11:48am (Meal 3) – Hand cut honey oat bread and extra dill sauce. This sandwich shop wins year after year for “best sandwich spot of the year!”
- 10:05pm (Meal 5a) – Local bakery chocolate pastry. Two straight days of pastries … I’m on fire!
- 10:54pm (Meal 6) – Sprinkles cupcakes assortment. Truth be told, my wife makes a better cupcake.
- No activities, unless you count clearing the DirecTV box an activity.
