- 11:13 (Meal 2) – Tofurkey slice and good ole fashion American Kraft Cheese. Put it in the microwave for 15 seconds and you’ve got a gourmet snack. And oh … that tea-colored drink is Herbalife Herbal Concentrate Tea.
- 5:50pm (Meal 5) – Thai! And don’t be quick to say, “I thought you were vegetarian” — we follow every order with “and no fish sauce.”
- Really? I just ran 20 miles yesterday. I’m actually thinking of taking a few days off the road. Did you hear that? That was the sound of my feet and knees letting out a sigh of relief and an even bigger sound of relief from my shoulders.
