Marathon Meal and Training Plan
Morning weight = 171 / post P90X T25 for 25 minutes … no weigh-in. Why? I just forgot.
- 9:43pm (Meal 5a) – In-and-Out
- Off day from running, but wanted to keep the muscles lose and the body moving. My wife bought T25 recently. As an Insanity almost graduate and a P90X graduate, 25 minutes sounds much better than 55 minutes. Great workout — probably equivalent to a hard 5 mile run.
